As the Operations Manager at Glassner Carlton, I focus on ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively to provide the best service to our clients. I manage daily operations, improve processes, and ensure the smooth execution of tasks across the firm. My responsibilities include overseeing the workflow of the advisory and operations teams and managing all necessary paperwork and ensuring client information is regularly updated and maintained in our systems for accuracy.
I’ve always had a passion for finance, from budgeting to working toward financial freedom. I enjoy staying active outdoors, whether it’s paddleboarding, hiking, or fishing. Being involved in my community is important to me, and I love volunteering. I also enjoy spending time at the farm with animals, traveling, trying new restaurants, and experimenting with recipes.
